Kelleher Studio boasts an impressive 11m depth, 8.4m width, and 6.4m height, providing ample space for any production. The studio features scissor lift access for easy equipment handling and setup. The space is completely light-sealed, allowing full control over your lighting environment to create the perfect atmosphere for your project and ensuring consistent conditions for every shoot.

Kelleher Studio is designed with sound recording and video production in mind. Our studio is built as a sound stage with an additional dedicated recording room (dry hire), ensuring you have the best facilities for capturing clear, professional audio. The ceiling and walls are lined with acoustic insulation to minimise reflected noise and reduce the impact of rain noise.
It's important to note that offices and commercial businesses share the building, meaning that occasional environmental noise is possible. We strive to provide the best possible recording environment, but please keep this in mind for your audio-sensitive projects.
- Half Day Studio Hire (4 hours):
  - Time slots available: 8am - 12.00pm, 1.00pm - 5pm, or by arrangement.
  - Rate: $250
- Full Day Studio Hire (8 hours):
  - Time slot: 9am - 5pm or by arrangement.
  - Rate: $500
- Full Day -Extended Studio Hire (10 hours):
  - Time slot: 8am - 6pm or by arrangement. Additional hours may be added for earlier start/ later finish, please contact for more information.
  - Rate: $600
- Evening Studio Hire:
  - Time slot: by arrangement.
  - Rate: POA
- Weekend Studio Hire: Suitable for shoots or events requiring higher noise levels or be more sound-sensitive that may not suit standard working hours.
  - Time slot: by arrangement.
  - Rate: POA
- Additional Details:
  - Pack-In and Pack-Out: Included in your allocated studio time slot.
  - Security Deposit: A security deposit for floor repaint of $150 is required, refundable upon leaving the studio in good condition.
  - Multi-Day Hires: Enjoy a 50% discount on additional days when booking more than two consecutive days.
  - One onsite park available for pack-in and pack out. Please contact us if parking is required for full time slot or carpark needs to be clear for large deliveries (ie trucks)
  - Payment Terms: All hires must be paid in full prior to rental period.
